Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time before the start of the booked service, free of charge and without giving any reason.

There are no cancellation fees.

Any payments already made will be refunded in full in the event of cancellation. As a general rule, the refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original booking, unless otherwise agreed.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

For services related to leisure activities for which a specific date or period has been agreed, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 18 (1) no. 10 FAGG.

Irrespective of this, the ski school voluntarily grants its customers the above-mentioned right to cancel free of charge until the start of the booked service.
